This is a Fix for djxavier13 's Mod "Perks Without SPECIAL" in which the missing Perk "Robotics Expert" is added

THIS MOD DOES (almost) NOTHING ON IT'S OWN! This is only a Bugfix for djxavier13's Mod "Perks Without SPECIAL"
In his Mod, he (or she) forgot to add this perk. Now it should work. At least it works for me now.
--Install--
(Just like the original) just place this file in \Fallout 4\Data .
In the Mod-loader make sure this fix is UNDER the original mod.
--Permission Info--
There are no contents of djxavier13's mod in this file. This contains my fix ONLY. I wrote in the same style as dj used for the other perks.
If you, djxavier13, want this mod removed, I will of course do so.
