Load this after Scrap Everything.
Like all my mods, this file is ESL tagged so it doesn't count towards your maximum mods.
I'm using version 2.5.5 of that mod, future updates might break this patch.
If it does, you're welcome to use FO4Edit to remove the components yourself, it's not hard. They have a tutorial in their articles AND pinned in their sticky comments.
If you're using an older version for whatever reason, I think this mod works for 2.4
