Why I made this?
How i used them:
* You should consider using the 'Clean Masters' feature from xEdit for this process to avoid accidents.
These files will cause crashes if used incorrectly!

Description:
Empty ESM files with the same names as the official DLC files, used for avoiding issues with some mods unnecessarily requiring DLC.
Why I made this?
- Fallout will not load ESPs with missing dependencies even if they are superfluous.
- As far as I can tell, both FO4Edit and the CK will not let you edit ESP files that are missing dependencies. --- Therefore you can't even delete the dependencies unless you have them installed.. Hence these files.
How i used them:
- Add fake DLC files
- * Open CK and delete unused master dependencies from mod
- Save
- Remove fake DLC files
- Rejoice
