The direction you have gone with this is really very cool.  I love the idea that Sanctuary would have become a raider camp.  Imagine if you will that it is already like this when the SS comes out of the vault!  Imagine the shock and horror that what feels like only moments before your home was recognizable....but now is a virtually and entirely new place with a couple of dozen new faces and NONE of them with any connection to you or your missing family.

THIS my friend was a missed opportunity by Bethesda.

Now...if only this could be converted to a stand alone mod for easy installation without a ton of other mods for dependencies.

I would love to use this as there isnt many raider themed mods but Im sure I will screw my entire game up with all the required mods to install this one properly. Any Tips?

Edit: Started a new game clean of mods and attempted to download this after its page of requirements but absolutely nothing happens>?

Not quite sure I follow - what exactly do you mean with "nothing happens"? You imported the Blueprint via Transfer Settlements and nothing showed up? That could only happen if you have none of the required mods - but even then the Objects that are part of a non-modded Fallout would show up regardless. Sounds like a problem with Transfer Settlements to be honest - or that mod's requirements.

Also regarding your original message I am unsure how mods that add items to the Building Menu could screw up an entire game. Could you clarify which of the mods specifically caused your concern? I haven't had time to play Fallout for a while - so maybe I missed something?

In general, with all Transfer Settlements Blueprints when a "required" mod is missing the objects that were added to the build menu by that mod will be missing, too (meaning they wont show up when you import) - but the Blueprint should generally still work. So if you dont want to download all the mods from the requirements list just leave some out - then import and see if the results suit your needs.

Glad you like it! If you are looking for more settlements in this style you might look at the Kingsport Lighthouse from my Blueprint Collection. You can find it here:

Hey there, sorry for the late reply. For this mod to work you need the Transfer Settlements mod. You can follow the link in the description.

Once that mod is installed and working you can import Blueprints like this one. Basically, you capture the workbench in Sanctuary, you fire up the Holotape that comes with Transfer Settlements, and then you load up this blueprint. Then Transfer Settlements creates the settlement buildings for you.

You should probably read about how it works on the Transfer Settlements mod page. It has all the info you need and there are some guidelines for new users there, too.
