About this mod

A "wealthy", secure building for Greentop Nursery.

Foreword:

My primary goal is to provide settlers with the best possible environment for earning a living and being comfortable. With that in mind I've built the single rooms with my highest standards: containers to store their personal belongings, a couch to relax on in private, some reading material, new weapons, medical supplies and numerous other decorations and add-ons. (Notice that my focus is all about role-playing.)
Additionaly, they have a kitchen (with at least a 4 star restaurant), functioning bathrooms, plenty of areas to relax and so on. All of this is surrounded by a fortified wall. I consider this building a safe harbor in an unforgivable wasteland.
It is true, they don't each get their own personal mansion. However, compared to the life they had - living on the road in permanent danger while having only what they carry on the body - it must be like paradise, and that's what I wanted to achieve. My Sole Survivor takes her job as General very seriously and wishes to restart civilization, step by step.

Installation:

Before transporting this mod please install Build High - Expanded Settlements, by ThernonWillow, and Scrap Everything. You will also need a mod that allows you to move your workbench (like Place Everywhere or Move That Workbench).
Open the console, type "scrapall" and hit enter. That's it, your settlement is ready for the import.

Settlement information:

-Beds: 48 (48 *single rooms)
-Food: 48
-Water: 1000
-Defence: 2195
-Total number of items: 5536
-Installs to slot: #38

*
You can easily turn the single beds into double beds by adding extra blankets that come with the mod "CREAtive Clutter" (please see Requirements).

If you would like to have your settlement as clean and fancy as mine then you will need to install the following mods (which are purely optional):

-Clean Snap'n Build
-Clean Wasteland Workshop
-Clean Barns
-Clean Warehouses
-Clean Settlement Greenhouses
-Clean Shacks Replacer (works along with the Standalone version)

-Clean Pre-War Workshop Workbenches (Replacer)
-Repaired and Functioning Colonial Lampposts
-Better Faction Flags
-Garage Workbench Retexture

For better immersion and game-play I also recommend these mods:

-More Attackers - Get Off My Build Zone
-BS Defence

I would like to point out that I borrowed many ideas by Digi-Fu. If you like my building design then I also highly recommend taking a look at her settlements as she is a genius when it comes to making beautiful and amazing settlements! Many of her ideas inspired me so much that I used some of them in my own design (things like the wall, gates etc.) and all credits for those ideas deserve to go to her. Thank you very much, Digi-Fu, for being my muse!
