DeOldify is an AI Neural Network software that is capable of colorizing black and white images using thousands of pictures as references.
I took the original video files from the Fallout 4 PC disk, and used DeOldify with the Video training model to restore the color from the FMVs.
This mod replaces the 5 main FMV files from the Fallout 4 campaign:
- Intro.bk2 (The live action cinematic that plays at the beginning)
- Endgame_MALE_A.bk2 (The Brotherhood and Railroad endings; with the male character)
- Endgame_MALE_B.bk2 (The Institute and Minutemen endings; with the male character)
- Endgame_FEMALE_A.bk2 (The Brotherhood and Railroad endings; with the female character)
- Endgame_FEMALE_B.bk2 (The Institute and Minutemen endings; with the female character)
They all contain the 5 original audio tracks (English, French, Italian, German and Spanish), and should be (nearly) identical in size and quality as the originals.
