About this mod
Massive overhaul and extension of the vanilla location and adds a small underground "dungeon" as well as a simple "note quest" to unlock the settlement's new buildings.

Do not load this mod from a save where you are already at Tenpines.
Redux version:
- Made the underground bunker an interior cell which increased performance drastically;
- Moved the watchtower and added guard posts;
- Added a new house to replace the settler's vanilla shack;
- Added a couple of stores;
Features:
- An abandonned military camp with a few buildings;
- An assignable bar in the main building (look for the cash register);
- An assignable clinic near the main building (look for the cash register);
- A watchtower where 4 guards can be assigned (look for restroom signs);
- An improved area for Lucas Miller's caravan;
- A barn that hides the entrance of the bunker. The barn is part of the settlement;
- An underground bunker with a few workbenches (weapons, power armor, chemistry, food) that are linked to Tenpines' workshop. There is no workshop in the underground bunker but you can still safely use it as a home to store your loot.
A few tips:
- You'll need ID Cards in order to use all the buildings. You'll find the first one on a body north of the barn (near the wooden fence's gate). The second one is inside the bunker.
- There is a wood pile along one building with 4 saws. Do not pick them up unless you don't want to scrap any trees otherwise, scrapping them in workshop mode will scrap some trees as well.
- A lot is explained in the notes (3), holotape(1) and terminals(3).
Potential issues:
- Doors and elevators need the cell to be refreshed to function.
- If some element seem out of place (trees, ground, rocks, etc.) you'll need to make a clean save to fix it (save, exit, load without the mod, save, exit, load with the mod)
