For those that want presets provided by CBBE to show up please follow these instructions.
1. Open the file "More Clothes and Textures.xml" for this mod in Tools >> BodySlide >> SilderGroups. I used Notepad++ but regular Notepad works fine. 2. Copy the entire Group block. It starts with <Group name ="More Clothes and Textures"> and ends with </Group> 3. Paste it above the Group block you just copied from. Then rename "More Clothes and Textures" to "CBBE".
This is how CBBE does it in their xml files, this way you don't have to make a custom preset for each individual preset you want to use on BodySlide.
Some users have invisible "shirt and combat boots" outfit. So far two mods have been reported to cause that problem: AWKCR and FallUI. If you use AWKCR, you need a patch. If you use FallUI, load this mod before FallUI. If you have this problem but you don't know what mod causes the conflict, you have the option to delete the changes to that outfit in xEdit. The rest of the mod will continue to function normally (if you do that, reinstall with the .esp changed in a clean save). A user commented once that using this mod he stopped having that problem: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47445
I have noticed something interesting about the Shirt and Combat Boots issue.
The item ID is 001942D6. And if you add it to inventory via console, everything will be okay. You can add 1, 10, 50, 100, it will add all (six) variants of this outfit from the mod. HOWEVER, sometimes a "bugged" variant of this outfit, or some wearable item of the same name will spawn on NPCs through leveled lists. This broken outfit does make actors appear naked and with distorted bodies (on NPCs only for me). It won't appear with "player.additem 001942D6", in fact, when inspecting an NPC's inventory wearing this broken outfit in console with the help of Better Console mod, I noticed that it has NO ID at all.
I am not sure where this comes from... Is it a base game issue, this mod, or another mod, or an interaction of two or all of the above, but this is what's happening.
I guess people who encounter this bug just got lucky with the leveled lists giving Myrna and other NPCs this exact broken outfit. Also, it would explain why the Chrislor2882 would have trouble replicating this, because you can't do it with console. You have to try again and again before the broken item appears, and it may take a bunch of attempt and a lot of time.
I don't know where to go from here, but maybe someone here, maybe even the author of this brilliant mod, can get to the bottom of this.
A bandaid fix for anyone encountering this "bug" would be consoling in a proper version of the outfit (player.additem 1942D6), the selecting the NPC in console, typing "openactorcontainer 4", putting the working outfit into their inventory, and hitting "T" key while hovering over the item in their inventory to make them wear it. Or use a mod that allows the player to manage NPC's stuff.
A very interesting observation, ty. Although a pity that seems to be something that is beyond of what I can do about it. I also take this opportunity to close this topic. If anyone has a solution, I would be very grateful to hear it. But any post like "myrna is naked" will be deleted
Hello there! I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out about possibly getting permission for a port of your fantastic mod to Xbox. It's been quite some time since the last update by the previous mod author. Thank you for considering my request!
[EDIT] If anyone want to add the "craft only" armors to level lists, go on Fo4Edit, make a copy of the 'quest" LL injectors and change the "object" to the new armors ID.
These clothes are pretty awesome. Is there a chance you could mod the mechanic jumpsuit and its variants to not clip with armor pieces? I just really want to wear it with a leather chest strap.
