This is just a simple blueprint that adds a concrete wall around the Greentop Nursery settlement location to expedite your builds. Version 1 (Blueprint 12) is just walls whereas Version 2 (Blueprint 13) adds turrets, a catwalk, and buffs your settlement defense rating by +104 points.
Make sure you add the desired version of the blueprint folder to this pathway. Fallout 4 -> Data -> F4SE -> Plugins -> TransferSelltements -> Blueprints
