I wanted more ways to craft Adhesive, since that's a thing people would figure out how to do in an apocalypse. I added ingredients that I think might slow down your production of glue just a bit so it's not super cheaty and you don't just end up with a mountain of glue right away. I even thought up nonsensical fallout-style silly-science reasons for the extra ingredients. All are in the Utility section of the Chem bench.
Recipe #1: Gross soda glue guaranteed to attract flies
2 Nuka Cola + 2 Acid + 1 Oil
Nuka Cola is chock full of chemicals like preservatives and artificial flavors, but it's also full of stuff meant to keep all these ingredients held together. As a result, adding some more chemicals to it then boiling out the water creates a sticky paste that hardens into something that looks like candy. Can you believe people used to drink this stuff?
Recipe #2: Just melt plastic onto stuff with nuclear waste
2 Nuclear Material + 5 Plastic
As this intrepid gentlewoman shows you can hold stuff together by melting plastic around it, and as wel all know the best way to melt plastic is to rub radioactive stuff on it. Unfortunately doing so completely removes the radioactive properties from the material because of how all plastic has been effected by over two centuries of exposure to radioactivity. Don't look that up I assure you it's scientifically sound.
Recipe #3: Molerat teeth turn into glue if you rub them on nuclear waste long enough
2 Nuclear Material + 2 Acid + 3 Molerat Teeth
Molerat Teeth are one of the hardest substances known to exist, that's why they're able to dig through the ground so fast and can burrow through things like cars and reinforced concrete bunkers. They basically have a diamond shovel in their disgusting little mouths. Through a combination of radioactivity and acid, the teeth can be melted down into an extremely sticky gel. One of the more pleasant types of glue since it basically looks exactly like Elmer's.
Recipe#4: Bloatfly glands
2 Nuclear Material + 2 Acid + 3 Bloatfly Glands
The Bloatfly is possibly the wasteland's most disgusting creature. When they shoot their spiny larva at you those larva are also covered in a sticky substance that makes it easier for them to stick you, and that substance comes from Bloatfly Glands. Radioactivity and acid can be used to activate dead Bloatfly Glands which causes them to ooze out this sticky stuff. It smells incredibly bad before it dries though, so probably assemble your weapon mods outside of your settlement or risk losing people.
Recipe#5-8: Radstag, YaoGuai, Deathclaw and Molerat Hides
2 Nuclear Material + 2 Acid + 1 Hide
These fine gentlemen are showing that you can turn animal hides into glue, but unfortunately we live in an irradiated wasteland so simply boiling hides to make glue is no longer possible due to the effects that all this radiation have had on animals. As always, when the problem is radiation, the solution is more radiation! Hides must now be boiled in acid, with some chunks of nuclear material in the vat to get those hides to break down into a gluey paste. Hunting wasteland wildlife has never been more profitable!
