Fallout 4 Nuclear Winter is a modlist for Fallout 4, built around Horizon Overhaul. It transforms fallout 4 into an immersive and unforgiving landscape, where only the clever and the strong survive.

What you need to start modding Fallout 4:
- Fallout 4 + Season Pass or Fallout 4 Goty Edition  - (NO High Quality Textures DLC) - To disable that DLC you just unselect it from the Steam library page.
- Start with a clean Fallout 4 installation. Preferably with ENGLISH language. Many mods are designed to work with the english version of the game.
- Delete all mods you had and verify files with steam.
- Then go to Fallout 4/Data folder and delete all cc files.
- Delete the Documents/My Games/Fallout4 folder and launch the game to rebuild a new one.
- Set your options in the Launcher.


Enabling Modding for PC:
These edits are required for installed mods to work in your game.
