Why i made tihs mod? Many player earn money( caps ) by water. it's easy way. I'm too. So I resolve it by this MOD. This mod make other problems. But This mod is very simple. This mod probably will not conflict in case. If conflict occured, player will resolve it by FO4edit(tool) easy.
