Growing up as a kid I was fascinated with the "Man from U.N.C.L.E." gun. So I decided to make a version as a mod. This a unique prewar weapon built originally for covert ops. Two versions were made, one chambered for the standard 10mm round and a slightly larger .45 cal version. They were constructed from stainless and aluminum to very high tolerances and as such do slightly more damage than their conventional counter parts. Each version comes with the parts and tools  to convert it in the field to its many forms. Other than the round it uses both models are pretty much the same.

Features:
  • Pistol layout - a basic pistol, 12 shot magazine (6 for the 45-70 version)
  • Advanced pistol layout - longer barrel, suppressor, recon scope, 24 shot magazine (12 for the 45-70 version)
  • Sub-Machine gun layout - shoulder stock, even longer barrel, suppressor, long scope, small 50 shot drum magazine (25 for the 45-70 version)
  • Sniper rifle layout - shoulder stock, longest barrel, suppressor, long scope, small 50 shot drum magazine (35 for the 45-70 version)
  • RPG layout - fires a conventional missile ignited with a blank cartridge (come with the missile), short scope, single shot muzzle loaded
  • Tookit - necessary tools to switch layout in the field (Removed as of version 1.0 use "layout" items in misc instead.)

To switch layouts, open inventory, go to Misc, choose the layout you want and use/equip it, exit inventory, reopen inventory and ready new layout.
As of version 2.0 there is now a holotape to control the layouts. If you prefer the holotape you can just shove the old style layouts in a container somewhere. And although each case comes with a holotape you only need one copy to control all three calibers.

Both weapons (10mm and .45 cal) are in tool cases on the roof of the "Museum of Freedom" in Concord, near the crashed vertibird. The 45-70 is in the security room where you get the fusion core.

Version 3.0 is now available!
changes:
  • Improved some of the sound and graphic files
  • Added presets to the holotape that controls layouts. Now one click will reconfigure the weapon to one of four layouts. Or you can still make custom configurations via the holotape.
  • Made only two calibers, .45 and 45-70. Smaller calibers may come later. The 45-70 is not the 45-70 from Far Harbor, other wise it would make Far Harbor a requirement, which I did not want to do. But, I added a function to the holotape to convert Far Harbor 45-70 ammo to 45-70 KG kitgun ammo. When loaded with 45-70 ammo, this thing knocks raiders across the room.

Version 1.5 is now available!
