Shortcut to the Creation Club Neon Flats apartment 3rd floor. Optionally "hacks" the computer in the lobby of the Neon Flats mod so that you can access the apartment ASAP.

This mod provides a shortcut to the 3rd floor of the Creation Club Neon Flats apartment, where you are given space to build. Next to the elevator there is now a door to a stairwell that leads straight to the top, however the door is locked and the key is next to the door on the 3rd floor so you need to gain access first.
I've included an optional file that also "hacks" the terminal in the lobby of the hotel, allowing you to instantly reboot the system and take the elevator up to the apartment. I don't believe this has any repercussions on the mod, I basically created a "shortcut" to the last stage of the quest, so it should work fine but may not tie all the loose ends in the quest. The only issue I've noticed is that the dead bodies stick around in the hotel lobby, but hopefully you have a mod or something to get rid of those, or just stick them in the corner :)
These are esl files, so shouldn't hurt your load order. Obviously requires Neon Flats from the Creation Club, just load it after it. This will be provided as is, but if you notice any major issues let me know.
