Mod owner's profile page shows he was last active March 6, 2020. Looks like the process for converting to SS2 will have to be taken up by someone else.

This plot would look much better if the overlapping floor and ceiling parts were not fighting with each other. If you make one piece higher by one unit (in the z-direction), they will not vibrate in place as they both try to display on top.
I tried raising the floor of the interior slightly with Place Everywhere, and I tried removing the floor from underneath it, but the flickering in the two center rows of floor tiles still exists. They were evidently made that way when created with overlapping tile pieces without a height adjustment. It's too bad, because the designs are otherwise great. That one interior piece is unusable for me, although I endorsed because of the rest of the mod.
Yea I like it too, however they also add a FOUNDATION... I Tried putting it on an upper teir and it it created a huge concrete floor all the way to the ground blocking out half my settlement (was Sanctuary, Rise of the Commonwealth plan)
Excuse me. Do I need to finish the quest to unlock the Slocum Joe’s plot? I can build the NuCa Ola plot without finishing the quest, but I just can’t choose Slocum Joe. It isn’t showing on the building plan page. Is there any solution?
Edit: Sorry, I’ve seen your reply on the Sim Settlement wiki forum. I will try to find the Slocum Joe HQ. By the way, it seems like that I can choose the NuCa Zola cafe plan is kind of a bug?
I love your take on a sim settlements slocum joes. Nice combination of the prewar counters and floors and the post war walls and ceelings. This fits really well into the whole base sim settlement theme, not to clean but also not to junky.
I'd love to see more like this from you, maybe one for the arcade pack and another one for the nuka cola pack as recriational plots.
Edit: Maybe it would help your mod if you uploaded more screenshots, 1 for each Plot and stage.
Thank you for that, I will upload more pictures as they develop in my settlements where they where built. The way they are constructed prevents me from "forcing" them to show every stage before they are built, since all you would see is the basic walls/floors model (aka static model).
There is a mod called "Throw Money At Sim Settlements" with this you can use money to upgrade plots in an instant. I use it for testing mod like yours to see what the 3 different stages look like.
Now there is a combined rec area using both the Nuka-Cola Collectors & Arcade Pack workshops. It is called NuCa Ola Cafe for Sim Settlements by Iztari (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/39860)
