About this mod

Cleaner version of my original overhaul. improved navmeshes, improved performances, back building revamped, should also improve stability and compatibility.

I was correcting a few "dirty edits" from my original Sanctuary overhaul but ended-up having to rebuild it from the ground up, hence the new file instead of a simple update.

Features:
- Fully walled settlement with working front gate and back drawbridge
- Workshoped-linked guard towers to assign your settlers
- A consequent bit of lore to explain the overhaul
- esl version in the optional files section.

If you were using the previous version, here are the noticeable changes:
- Back building (with the drawbridge) completely revamped
- Noticeable performance improvement (around 5 to 8 fps)
- Improved navigation for the npcs
- If you removed some of the new buildings in the previous version, chances are they would return with this one but otherwise buildings have kept their positions so any building you added should be fine.
- See the changelog for more details.

Note about the main gate:
- It's possible that it will not activate at first, that's due to a loading problem. Go to the nearest basement to sleep 3 days and it should work properly.
- Once it work, do not re-activate the gates buttons while it is moving. This would cause it to be out of sync with the invisible marker that's preventing npcs from trying to go through it when it's closed.
- On the left side of the gates you'll find a stop roadsign. It should appear upside down when the gate is open and right side up when the gate is closed. This shows that the gate and the invisible marker are in sync.

Detailed changelog:
- Navmeshes have been redone completely
- Edit to unrelated cells have been removed (should improve compatibility with other mods)
- Deleted references have been undeleted (should improve compatibility with other mods)
- A few minor terrains edits have been removed
- Wider use of static collections = 5 to 10 fps gain compared to previous version
- House outside the gates (with the workbench) has been restored to the vanilla version (might help for compatibility as well)
- Improved main gate: npcs will not try to get through it when it is closed now
- Removed the hazard signs that were used to scrap entire buildings. could have been unoptimized and was not navmeshed properly.

It goes without saying but, do not use both my Sanctuary overhauls at the same time.
