A small, cramped, fully-customizable Goodneighbor apartment that fits in with the Goodneighbor-ness of Goodneighbor.

All the Goodneighbor house/apartment mods on the Nexus are lovely, but I wanted something like an old, decrepit tiny apartment that fits in with Goodneighbor. I present my first-ever mod, DJ's Goodneighbor Apartment!
The apartment is a four-story exterior cell, as I wanted to keep the city square viewable (I love the lights!). It also has a workshop, allowing for full customization of the apartment! The first floor is a sort of mini-garage/workshop, the second and third floors have balconies that you could perhaps put plants on, and the fourth floor is a little attic, perfect for a cozy office or bedroom! it is complete with a view of the city square and the Memory Den.
I highly recommend using this mod with IvanZhong's lovely Cleaner Goodneighbor Environment mod, as, at least for me, the trash piles around the city are icky and I don't want them near my house.

Made using the Creation Kit and vanilla assets. You shouldn't need DLC to download it, but let me know if you do!
DISCLAIMER: I have no idea how settlement build areas work. I might need to actually establish a functional one in the future.
