Adds a simple settlement at the railway water stop south of Oberland Station. It's an interesting location, with a random encounter thingy going on.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fixed buildable area
Deleted visible workshop borders
Railway carriages removed
Some clean up of the area around and in the tunnel
Version 1.0
Not Final Release
I made this to set up a supply line relay point. I didn't make anything explicitly scrappable, but you may use a scrap mod or place everywhere (highly recommended!) to get rid of stuff. Previs is disabled already. I did get rid of the railway cars though and zapped most of the trash.
Some things to note:
- Workshop is around the station building.
- Workshop area is fixed and enlarged in version 1.1, wonky visible borders have been deleted.
- I've left the Kellog quest stuff alone, so it should not break the quest where you come across this area.
- If you can't build Brahmin feed through, bars, settlement bells and the like, try building them near the red workshop. You can then move them to where you want. This a technical limitation with keeping the Quest stuff unbroken.
- Random settlers will show up in the tunnel every now and then. To recruit them, simply open workshop mode and move them to any settlement you own.
- If supply lines don't work or act wonky, please kindly try moving this mod towards the bottom of your load order.
- Why "Bridgeport Road"? https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19278 is why. If you use Bridgeport Road Water Stop and the Bridgeport Settlement, make sure to have this mod below Bridgeport.esp in your load order! Thanks to dferstat for bringing this to my attention once again.
