Change log:

09/06/2019: Optional Low Resolution version added:
Down from 1gb to 113mb, the textures are 2048px instead of 4096px & saved using lower quality (higher compression) dds settings & are 2.66mb instead of 21.3mb per texture file. It has been tested & confirmed to work. It still looks very good & if you do not use the HD DLC pack it is more in keeping with the default texture resolution.

09/06/2019: Light Master optional version added for those who prefer ESL to ESP files. Tested & working.

09/06/2019: Light Master Low Resolution version added, the two alternate versions above combined. Tested & working.

1. Intro
Hi I'm Zardoz Xerxes creator of such mods as ZX eyes & ZX hands for Skyrim. Thank you for taking the time to check out my mod!

This is my first mod for Fallout 4 I hope you enjoy it, I made it for myself primarily & I am sharing it here so others can enjoy it too.

The new optional version of this mod is now available, called "ZX Fun Time Fatigues" it adds a bit more wacky to the wasteland (not lore friendly)! You can download it here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/39501/

Please read the full description & the Q & A section as most questions you may have are already answered.

If you like the mod & want to see more mods from me please consider endorsing it, the positivity will significantly encourage me to continue work on Fallout modding.

2. Description
ZX Camouflage Fatigues is a Fallout 4 mod that adds sixty six new fatigues items to the world, these can be found on Gunners & Railroad NPC's, in shops & in loot. I went with halfway between the worn fatigues & the pristine pre-war ones, so they have a little fading & are a little threadbare looking.

The outfit has the same armour rating as the vanilla fatigues but adds two agility (instead of one agility, one strength), this helps to bolster your stealth skill as that is based on your agility level.

The camouflage is mostly real world patterns apart from a few bespoke patterns that I designed myself for Fallout 4, those are derived from Fallout 4's colour palette & shape forms.

The fatigues are all named “camouflage fatigues”, so you never know what you are going to get until you try them on or drop them (unless you took them from a body wearing them). This creates a fun mini game where you can collet them all & can cross reference them against the ones you have already. It also brings a bit more joy to playing & finding you have a new pattern.

I considered naming them all uniquely but not only would that increase the time to make the mod vastly but I also thought it looked untidy to have names like “Fatigues (Tiger Stripe – Urban)” Etc.

3. Compatibility
I have developed this mod keeping compatibility with other mods in mind & it uses custom lists, textures & other files that will not conflict with other mods, I also used the levelled list injector script from a_blind_man and Dank Rafft to safely inject the outfits into the world. It uses the same base texture for the vanilla fatigues & adds the new texture as a material mod, so if you have a mod that alters the mesh but keeps the vanilla textures this might work with that as well. This is not a Workbench Mod, it leaves the outfits moddable using any of the vanilla or any other mods for the vanilla fatigues outfit that you can apply using the workbench.

4. Q & A:
Q: Will this conflict with other Gunner mods?
A: No, it will just add new outfits for them to wear.

Q: My game broken is it your fault?
A: NO! I have tested this mod & it does not break the game.

Q: How do I use it?
A: Just subscribe/add it & enable it in your load order on the mod screen.
(PC Only) Put the files in your Fallout 4 data folder or use a mod manger.

Q: What traders sell the outfit?
A: Any that sell pre war outfits (Inc. Workshop traders), specifically sold by Fallon's Basement & Lucas Miller.

Q: How do I know if I have this pattern already?
A: When you have more than one of the same item they will stack & have a number appended E.G. “Camouflage Fatigues (2)”.

Q: I am caps poor / low level where can I find this outfit in loot?
A: It is found as random loot inside of but not limited to:
Dressers
Footlockers
Lockers
Suitcases
Trunks

Q: I am super lazy or impatient & how do I get my hands all of the patterns?
A: (PC Only) I have made a test cell containing all of the outfits, you
can go to it using the console command “COC ZXCTESTCELL” the cell has
fast travel enabled so when you are done looting you can use the map to
fast travel out.

Q: I have another mod but this doesn't work on it / with it what do I do?
A: This mod should not conflict with other mods but if it somehow does then you will have to choose between them.

Q: Can you alter / make a new version of this mod to work with some app or to pander to my particular mod set.
A: No. If it doesn't fit with your preferences, don't use it.

Q: I have a idea for a mod that's a bit like this will you make it for me?
A: No. The Creation Kit is free to download, get modding.

Q: Why do you seem so cold?
A: I have Aspergers Syndrome, I'm very factual.
