After few months I sit again to Fallout 4 and decide to change my previous preset. V2 change have more wasteland look and less FPS impact than previous versions.
I recommend Texture Optimization Project Mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/978/? - this is really worth to install (but you have to do it properly by archive2 tool method).
