Thank you for your kind words. Seriously appreciate it. Have you considered omitting all but the bare essentials. I see my settlement blueprints as a template for the end user to create something personal, using my designs as a "footprint". The "required" files are what I used to make them. When I decided to publish my settlement designs, it was my hope that others might find them as useful as I have. My mod list is mostly about settlement building....it could be why I have invested more time into this title than any other. I enjoy arriving at a settlement and wondering what would be a good fit for this spot. How to get 40+ settlers and max their happiness out. It is only when I decide to publish that I become aware of how many disparate pieces were used in it's assembly. That's all I've got.
This was a quick build... done on the fly.... If I had the chance for a do-over. I would raise the ground floor a tad.... they are standing in puddles when it rains.
I was sent a pm stating that I needed to be more respectful of "fallout lore" when building my settlements or alternatively mark them as "Not lore friendly"... The reference to those popular mods was a way of explaining my mindset when building...the "what if" factor if you like.... the reason I downloaded said "popular" mods in the first place is that certain things bothered me in the vanilla game and these mods addressed those concerns somewhat.... the "spoilers" are on the mod's description pages in plain sight ....and are why I downloaded them in the first place.....and why they are recommended on my little mod page..... snickers.... might help?
I've looked at this area for several years now. I like what you did, the only thing I might possibly change would be the water pumps. I've always liked to put a small fish farm in that area, although there might be room where your building hangs over the water. Looking at your design, it could possibly be an indoor farm with rearrangement. That is strickly a personal opinion. I like what you did just fine.
