Sanctuary Hills; This is a real simple pre-war(ish) build. There are so many great Sanctuary builds out there that I was hesitant to post this. I was asked if I had a Transfer file for it. I do; and here it is. Some of the houses are furnished, all have beds, plenty of water, crops and defences

What's new?
Another update to CASS... slight terrain adjustments needed. I'll update my others as I go. Just started a new game. If yours is heavily modded, you don't need this. Just lift a few bits and pieces about 10 units. You'll know it when you see it.
Sanctuary Hills; This is a real simple pre-war(ish) build. There are so many great Sanctuary builds out there that I was hesitant to post this. I was asked if I had a Transfer file for it. I do; and here it is. Some of the houses are furnished, all have beds, plenty of water, crops and defences.
Method; You'll need to delete all the buildings at their foundation. Then open Transfer Settlements and import the blueprint... Some of the items (like old steps etc.) will need to be removed with "disable" and "markfordelete"
I build these settlements for my own amusement. I'm not big on clutter, I just want to get my settlement as full as possible and make sure there are enough amenities.....If I have to go and help the settlement fend off the three raiders that they cant deal with, the defences pretty much ensure they are shredded by the time I get there.
There is plenty of space to personalise the settlement to one's own taste.
Because of the above I don't and won't do requests...I have placed these files here for anyone who might deem them useful.
