This mod changes Awareness and V.A.N.S.
I found the Chemist perk to be overpowered, practically a requirement in a hardcore survival playthrough. I find this approach to be more balanced as taking Chemist is less necessary. In order to craft Antibiotics, you need the Wasteland Survivalist perk instead of Chemist.
V.A.N.S. has been renamed to Math Wrath.
Awareness has been renamed to Wasteland Survivalist.

The reasoning behind a Wasteland Survivalist requirement for these recipes is because they require things you would find in the post-war Wasteland such as "Glowing Fungus," (mutated) plants or (mutated) animal parts. Someone with experience in the Wasteland or Outdoor Survivalism would be able to concoct these recipes using their intuition or experience.

V.A.N.S. has been renamed to Math Wrath.
- Math Wrath combines Awareness and V.A.N.S. into one perk.
- Enable V.A.N.S. and modify V.A.T.S. to display target and navigation information.
- *The Math Wrath perk does not modify your AP in any way. I find it to be useful enough as it is.

Once the file is downloaded and extracted, put the file "New Vegas -esque Perks restored.esp"
into your "Fallout 4/Data folder"
You can make sure the mod is enabled and change its load order by using the in-game mod manager.
