ChemsPlus is a work in progress mod by myself, Shywinds. I noticed the various kinds of mentats and
especially the ones that fortify one of your SPECIALs by 5; However, there were only 3 of the SPECIALs with
mentats like this, so I created a mod adding 4 new mentats to cover the other SPECIALs. I plan to continue working
on this mod, and to create many, many more chems! Please leave your own ideas and feedback here, so that
I may see them and build up our chem selection to include many more unique chems.
I am a new mod author, so please endorse if you enjoy the mod or concept. I am working on this
because you guys like the mod!
