    Thank you,

I was importing a blueprint for the Mechanists Lair and was stuck on of all things, Orange Mentats! It kept freezing at 58% and didn't know what to do until I came upon this fix. I applied the fix and the import was successful. The blueprint didn't import the Orange Mentats, but I'm sure my settlement will be okay without them.

    Much appreciated!

I have a question before downloading...

I imported a vault 88 blueprint (I followed a guide and installed everything I needed) after importing successfully, there's a dialogue that says to leave and come back after a few days to stabilize etc everytime I try to leave the vault by fast travel or just running to the exit I got stuck in the loading screen like forever, so, this mod will help me with that?

So I'm late to this but I figured out WHY it was getting stuck on an object. (For me anyway) When you open the .json file as directed and look up the object number you will also see WHAT the object in question is as well as WHAT mod it came from. I had apparently installed updates and fixes for a mod but not the main file for it. So information was there but not at the same time. After installing the mod I thought I had my blueprint transfered with no problems. Just check what mod the object is from, all installation requirements, updates, etc. Hopefully this will help others like me. Heh

I tried this and for some reason, it made it so the workshop became "unknown" and I cannot use the blueprint now.

Tried this, deleting an entire entry is NOT a good idea, it will bork the settlement's power grid.

Just replace the erroneous entry with something else.

This just save me hours of trying to redo a settlement because I thought I had messed something up during the build - turns out it was just one item that won't import, and I just needed to delete that entry in the json file. Thank you!

@ 0138 I suppose we would if we were as perfect as you think you are

Thanks PetiteOmnivore for actually trying to help us out rather than putting us down for not knowing through mind reading or something, how to find obscure things in areas we know nothing about.
Thanks again for your time and efforts PetiteOmnivore.

OK, I'm not trying to be arrogant or play admin or anything of the sort. Usually when you have a problem you insert the error at hand in your preferred search engine and look at the results. It pops up just the same if it's here or on forums. Now, you guys have seen this on front page, fair enough but next day or at the latest next week it wont be on front page anymore. So if you haven't seen it on front page you still have to resort to searching if you encounter this problem.

Still, you found a workaround, that's great. Really. Maybe contact the author of TSB if you haven't already and present the issue.

What does it matter where the mod-author posts this? Some people look here first before going to the forums. Lots of people never even go to the forums. And there's lot of "mods" on Nexus that aren't really mods at all. For example, there are Nexus "mods" that are really just lists of mod orders, instructions on how to convert files from various formats, instructions on how to customize walls/paintings/etc.

If it's really that important to you that this also be listed in the forums, you could just make your own post their and refer back to this mod page, right? Or just ignore it completely?
