A patch to enable some of the Armorsmith Extended features for TheFriedturkey's Vault Shirts

A quick patch to enable the Lining and Addon slots from Armorsmith Extended for all the outfits in the Vault Shirts mod by TheFriedturkey. Also enables the legendary slot in case you have a mod that allows crafting of legendary mods. (Such as the excellent Legendary Crafting Framework)
This doesn't change anything about how the outfits are obtained (though I do hope to make them craftable at an AWKCR workbench eventually)
