Radio Roof Installation

Description: A rooftop installation of tech, a tower, elevator top, convertors, and fans that might exist on a commonwealth roof somewhere. Or on a manufacturing building.
The main idea would be that this would be a ploppable settlement resource. Maybe a replacement for the radio towers around the wastes? Use it as you see fit.
