Easily make a Fallout4Custom Ini File
I made this generator. It not only is used for the common fixes for the game but I have included some custom Shadow setting presets that may be optimized better than vanilla game

Highly Recommended to setup your graphics settings either through the launcher or BethINI first

Program comes in 3 versions (Standard, Portable, Source code) (read file descriptions before download)

    -Modern Metro UI (Dark Setting for being easy on the eyes)
    [Shadow Settings]
        -Vanilla Presets (Low, Medium, High,Ultra)
        -Custom Optimized Presets [Basically a more reasonable version shadow distance than vanilla also with new 3K shadow map support (high preset)] (Low, Medium, High,
Ultra)
        -Higher quality shadows toggle (less blurry shadows)   
        -Shadow Resolution Support (1K, 2K, 3K,4K)
        -Custom Preset (customize the resolution and shadow distance yourself if the presets are not to your liking)
    [Particle Settings]
        -Change the amount of particles including a default preset and reduced presets (reduced presets help with
framerate consistancy, aka increase framerate)
        -Custom Preset (customize the particleamount yourself if the presets are not to your liking)
    [Resolution and Graphics settings]
        -Common preset resolutions (2160p,1440p, 1080p, 720p)
        -Custom Preset (customize theresolution if the presets do not fit your resolution)
        -Multiple window support (Fullscreen,Windowed, Windowed Fullscreeen)
        -Top Most Toggle optional
        -uGridsToLoad Setting (preset and custom settings, this is how many grids load in the open world, reducing from vanilla value will
improve framerate)
        -vSync Toggle
 
    [Custom Edits Section]
        -Preview Box is read-only if there is no input into the custom edits, It will turn off read only if there is input
into the custom edits section so you can manually move them into the correct sections
 
    -Modding support INI edits will always be enabled (you cannot click that checkbox as its set to checked and disabled
programically)
