Adds lead as a component to a bunch of misc items

i used some ammo crafting mods, and i noticed Lead is very hard to come by. so i made this little mod.
It simply adds lead to a bunch of misc items so its easier to find.
Default Mod
All Paint Cans - 5 lead
Rat poison - 5
Combination Wrench - 2
Toy Truck - 1
Can - 1
Tin can - 1
Aluminum can - 1
Alternative version
Toy Alien - 1
Toy Car - 1
Toy Rocketship - 1
Souvenir Toy car - 1
Souvenir Sloth Toy - 1
+ everything in the default version
use one, not both
theres 2 versions because i think its silly that some toys have lead, but they did in 76.
i used the list from fallout 76 and added lead to some of the items that are in both games.
in Default fallout 4 there is only really 2 lead items Makeshift battery and Pencil besides the dumbbell items and the shipment
