SURVIVALIST CABIN
This Mod Adds a Player Cabin to A Home Settlement Called Woodlands River
The Mod was made for my own survival Play through.
- You can fast travel
-Full settlement with workbench.
-You can dismiss companions or send settlers there
- Working light switches and fire place
-Cabin Left empty for your own design and creativity.
-Everything can be Scrapped if you so wish.
- Fully navmeshed for companions and NPC's with idle and comment markers & sound effects.

Installation:
Use the mod manager or install manually:
Extract the archive. It contains Three files:
Place the files into your Data folder. Manually activate the mod.
Load Order:
Place as far down as you can but after any regrowth or grass mods.
Especially after the Boston overhaul if you use it.
Requirements:
This mod requires all the Fallout 4 DLC's
Please do not redistribute or alter this work without my permission.
