About this mod
Totally transformed Sanctuary Hills into a clean, modern(ish) settlement with at least 13 houses, 5 stores, Spa, Farm, Bar, Hospital and Market using the mod Supreme Sanctuary by TheShadowsOfVanity. Houses and stores are all clean, repaired, fully navmeshed and ready for furniture/decoration.

Went back to Sanctuary again to see if I could create another nice, simple and clean settlement.
I came across the Supreme Sanctuary by TheShadowsOfVanity. and decided to give it a try. Using this new flatter Sanctuary Hills, I created a Transfer Settlement Blueprint.

Sanctuary
This is a TRANSFER SETTLEMENT BLUEPRINT, so you need to have Transfer Settlements by CDante installed and working.
Created using Transfer Settlements 1.57
Installation :
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
Download and install Supreme Sanctuary by TheShadowsOfVanity. following install instructions.
Manual Install Instructions:
Download and unzip to C:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout4/data/f4se/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/ (Paste .json file to empty slot)

- Walled Sanctuary for defence with security huts at main entrance and entrance to Vault 111
- At Least 13 fully repaired houses (All blue now)
- Farm house including barn, greenhouse, chicken coop and planting space.
- Market containing bar, clothes, weapons, armour and trading stalls
- Large Hospital/Clinic buiding
- Large Hotel/Bar building
- 1 Large Spa building
- 4 Large Stores
- 1 Large Hardware Store
- Playground/play area
- A Brahmin shed at main entrance
