About this mod
This mod adds a workbench to Lynn Pier Parking, so you can use the location as a Settlement.

Every time I walk around the wasteland and pass a parking garage, I think, well-preserved, solid concrete. Here you would have to found a settlement.At Lynn Pier you have a beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets and a fresh sea breeze. A few raiders probably emerged as the second winner from a disagreement with the neighboring Gunners and left some nice Gimmiks.
Otherwise, the parking garage is pure Vanilla, there should be no conflicts with other mods (except those of course, who use the same cells).
I have omitted great builds and conversions, as each player usually demolishes anyway, to make their own.
Normal installation via a mod manager or unpack the files and throw in the data folder.
Jedesmal wenn ich so durchs Ödland spaziere und an einem Parkhaus vorbei komme, denke ich mir, gut erhaltener, massiver Beton. Hier müsste man eine Siedlung gründen.
Am Lynn Pier hat man einen schönen Strand, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge und eine frische Meeresbriese. Ein paar Raider gingen wohl als zweiter Sieger aus einer Meinungverschiedenheit mit den benachbarten Gunnern hervor und hinterließen ein paar nette Gimmiks.
Ansonsten ist das Parkhaus rein Vanilla, es sollten keine Konflikte mit anderen Mods bestehen (außer mit solchen natürlich, die die gleichen Zellen benutzen).
Auf großartige Aus- und Umbauten habe ich verzichtet, da die jeder Spieler sowieso meist wieder abreißt, um was eigenes zu gestalten.
Installation normal über einen Mod-Manager oder die Files entpacken und in den Data-Ordner werfen.

V 1.1 adds a power connection to the generator on the roof, a cooking station for the low charisma survival player and some wood for crafting.
