This merged patch is for those individuals that do not own the DLCs and thus far had to rely on Bethesda and many individual mods which bloat their load order by a significant amount. Some of the mods may already be supposedly fixed by Bethesda but I find individual mod author solutions/workarounds to be implemented better hence they have been included here. 

There are 31 mods merged together in this mod. This potentially frees up to 38 slots total in your mod order allowing you to fill up those slots with what you may want instead of what I consider necessary files bloating your free slots.

The mods under section (Mods in the merged patch) are included in this merged patch. I recommend downloading the mods here, endorse, and thank the mod authors for all of their hard work. There is a separate section below for other relevant fixes/improvement mods that are not part of the merged patch but only have links due to not being given permission or not being able to contact the mod author(s) to use them for the merge.


Instructions:

Use mod manager to install or download, unzip and move the merged patch .esp (ESL flagged) file available under files section of the mod to your fallout 4 data folder, remove mods from your mod manager. 
You will want to uninstall individual mods you already have from the merged patch list. 

Big thanks go to the mod authors who generously allow the use of their mods for this patch.  I had only good intentions when I created this merged patch and did not purposely omit the permissions process in the initial publication of the patch. To those mod authors who did not reply to the request and/or did not wish for their mods to be included here, I hope all is well on your end and I respect/understand your decision.

If you own all of the DLCs, consider using the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch by Arthmoor. However, this is more than just bug fixes and does include many fixes/improvements/quality of life changes it does not use.


Mods in the merged patch:

Fatman MIRV Projectile Fix 
How many people like the idea of the MIRV Fatman but were disappointed by the horrendous bug that caused any shot at a downward angle to explode at the player's feet? Well, I've got a fix for that!
Fixed Alpha Map 
Fixes Bethesda's shoddy, non-existent alpha maps.
It's WEAR typo Fix 
A very simple correction of a typo in a greeting dialogue from Pete Pembroke.
Mysterious Serum affected By Chemist Perk
This is a small mod that adds the keyword "ChemEffect" to the magical effects of the Mysterious Serum from the Cabot questline, allowing the Chemist perk to increase its duration.
Naked Curator Givens Fix 
This mod fixes curator givens lack of clothing.
NPC Turret Sound Fix 
This mod removes the turret sound that will not disappear from your NPC.
Sunrise and sunset tweaks 
This mod tweaks the vanilla Sunrise - sunset time.
Penske Fertilizer Fix 
This mod fixes the bug that prevents you from turning in bags of fertilizer to Dr. Penske in Vault 81. Aka "Fertilizer Woman."
Perception Bug Fix 
This mod prevents the "Perception Bug" from affecting the player.
Raider Power Armor Paint Bug Fix 
A simple mod that allows you to use the Raider PA paints that already exist in the game.
Slocum Buzzbites recipe change 
Because requiring an entire coffee tin (container and all) per Buzzbite seemed a little weird to me.
Kellogg's leftover bits
Found a use for those leftover bits from the Reunions quest. 
No Scope Fade In 
Makes a simple edit to remove the fade in a blackout when using a scope.
Adamantium skeleton improved - no falling damage 
Now you can become immune to falling damage as well as limb damage with the Adamantium Skeleton perk
Scrap that Misc 
A small mod that makes folders, burnt books, burnt comics, ruined books and napkins able to be scrapped. Automatically moves them to junk category.
Third Person Revolver Audio Fix 
This fixes missing audio for reloading and cocking revolvers in the third person, as well as Submachine guns (in Power Armor).
Vault 81 Disease Protection 
A simple mod that prevents you from being infected if you have a hazmat suit, biosuit, or power armor.
LLX game settings 
This game mod emulates the functionality of Docile Ragstags, Move (get out the way), Realistic Death Physics - no animation, Time scale, and Fast Travel Adjustments, Dead Body Collision, Long Range Bullet Holes, Better Warning for Settlements Being Attacked, and Increased VATS Distance.
Prewar Money is Not Scrap 
Pre-war money no longer counts as junk and goes to misc where it's supposed to be.
NPC Institute Laser Weapon Sound Fix 
This mod fixes the lack of sound on the Institute Laser Weapon when NPC's/followers are using it and fixes the lack of sound on Curie's robot laser weapon.
Stingwing Barb Is Junk
This mod moves the Stingwing barb from Misc to Junk.
Another Preston Garvey Institute Dialogue Loop Fix
This fixes the infamous dialogue loop Preston gets into after destroying the Institute.
Berserk Fix
This makes Strong's companion perk Berserk affect unarmed.
Glow Front Sight Ring Fix For Combat Rifles and shotguns
Bugfix to add Glow Front Sight Ring to the game.
Monsignor Occlusion Box Disabler
Disables the test occlusion box Bethesda left behind in Monsignor Plaza.
NPCs Use Up Grenades - No More Nade Spam (no AWKCR dependency version)
Grenades are not an infinite resource for NPC's to spam.
Ripper Critical Damage Amplifier Fix
All this mod does is change the Ripper's Critical Damage multiplier from 1 to 5.
Forest Grove Marsh Water Fix
This mod fixes a vanilla bug where some water tiles were misaligned in the vanilla game.
Idiot Savant Rank 3 Fix
This fixes idiot savant rank 3 from disabling the 5x bonus XP when crafting and building.
Wereful's Realistic Blood Mod
This mod removes the crazy blood spray from impacts against the player character and NPCs.
Combat Armor Weight Fix
This mod corrects the improper weight on the Combat Armor Right Leg.

Legendary Crafting Framework - I can't encourage the use of this mod enough. This is one mod that needs to be a permanent fixture in your load disorder.
Grab the Damn Mag - Fixes animation clipping on a lot of modded weapons, specifically the ones that go sideways.

Note:
Avoid using any overhaul or mod that increases the player's movement speed like the plague. You will immediately notice performance issues on lower-end & potato powered systems!
