Not supported, these files are left public for reference only at the moment and will not be compatible with Fallout 4 1.5+ (Survival mode update and on.)

I may re-make the mod for 1.5+ when I have the time and patience but I highly recommend using the DEF_UI mod, and using the included tools to configure your own - I use it for my own game now. I'm slowly and sporadically working up a guide on editing cross-hairs. Those with some gumption can probably figure it out by poking around with ffdec (JPEXs free flash decompiler). I like to change CrosshairLoop to a dot (I clear the frames then insert frame 2 with a placeobject2 characterID#467 (dot) for starters. See Goomashroom's guide linked below for a primer on editing the HUDMenu.swf. Transparency or Scale can be added, or edited into invisibility, or an object can be 'moved' beyond the screen borders. (Less clicks than editing scale/Alpha, but less useful display in a preview pane as the editor tries to encompass all the far-flung objects.

JPEXs displays scaling values as integers (quote):

Fadingsignal:

"Basically this encodes scaling factors that are typically around 1.0, though
JPEXS (misleadingly) interprets and displays these values as integers.
You can transform them to their intended values by dividing the
displayed integers by 65536, so a scaling to ~220% would look like
144179 in JPEXS."

So if you put 60000 as the scale value, if you divide it by 65536 you will see that it's 0.91 scale or a 9% reduction.
Good to reference when you're making changes.

Better yet, the reverse. If you want something to be 10% smaller, multiply 0.9 by 65536
and that's the value you enter into the X and Y scalebits fields.

Description and Intent
-----------------

The goal is to make a minimalistic UI and to resize or completely remove
elements which I find unnecessary. The only cross-hairs will be a simple Dot,
and only when hovering over an item/object or NPC.

I have hidden almost every notification
including Quest and Objective Updates, Perk Boy and
Condition Boy animations as well as Tutorial text / animations.
Your pipboy may come in handy.

FOMOD installer includes options
for placement of compass & sneak meter,
and enemy marker availability.

Note on "Widescreen Test" version: this was provided at the request of a single user,

-----------------
Installation Notes
-----------------

For proper display of this HUD, you will probably
need to change the "Safezone" values in your .ini

For reference, these are the values I use for 1920x1080:

My Games/Fallout 4/Fallout4.ini
or
My Games/Fallout 4/Fallout4Custom.ini
[Interface]
fSafeZoneX=5.0
fSafeZoneY=2.0
fSafeZoneXWide=5.0
fSafeZoneYWide=2.0
Larger numbers will move the HUD further from the edges of the screen.

Defaults:
fSafeZoneYWide16x10=36.0000
fSafeZoneXWide16x10=64.0000
fSafeZoneYWide=36.0000
fSafeZoneXWide=64.0000
fSafeZoneY=15.0000
fSafeZoneX=15.0000
