this could be your new fully functional settlement near corvega assemmbly plant - take it. features named and linked workbenches, a bed and some loot / no dependencies

Hey there,
just a small mod i created for myself, having a settlement with corvega assembly plant in the background. it has everything you need:
-all workbenches
-chair for enjoying view and a beer
-everything you see is scrapable without any additional mods
-send settlers, if you want
-create supply lines
additionally, all workbenches and the bed are titled with your player character's name
the build area is pretty small, so do not expect something castle like.
please note, that no workshop border is added. if you want one, i could, but the flashy colors are annoying, at least sometimes...
