Simple Settlements (up to level 4) for Sims Settlements, ROTC, and Conquerors. The plans are for Coastal Cottage, Kingsport Lighthouse, Croup Manor, The Castle, Spectacle Island, Nordhagen Beach, and Warwick Homestead. They are designed to focus on simplicity of being below the build limit, have a upfront crafting station, and still be challenging in conquerors.

For ROTC
They will level from 0 to 3 like any other ROTC City and each level has been balanced.   I purposely did not use alot of addon to keep the build cost low.   You should be able to run any addon you want and change any of the ASAM as you please.

For CONQUERORS
Defense has been balanced for each level and since the plans are below the build limit you should not have any trouble with them loading quicker then most plans.   Built with conqueror in mind so you can use Sanctuary and Red Rocket Truckstop will not effect any of the vanilla quests.

FOR INDUSTRIAL

Spectacle Island is very focused on industry if your working on that Sim Settlement expansion.

ALTERNATIVE USE
They are designed to be outpost friendly for conquerors so you might use other Cities Plans in other areas and just use one of the plans to operate your outpost so your main HQ isnt over the build limit and has a friendly player workshop and bed.

4-5 PLANS A WEEK
