Description:
This is simply a retexture that adds the phrase "never knows best" hand-written on all of the cigarettes in the game. Hajime Ueda got the idea from a post card and put it in FLCL. I got the idea from FLCL and put it into Fallout 4.
Installation:
You can use a mod manager or simply extract the archive (with 7zip) and place the extracted files in your game's data folder. You must have some method of archive invalidation applied for the new texture to show up.
