About this mod
I genuinely hated how there aren't really any HD Kellogg Mods so I went through and decided to make my own with Substance Painter, Gimp, and a few other programs.

Did you hate the fact that despite the age of this game there aren't any real HD retextures of the outfit one of the main antagonists of Fallout 4? If so then this is the mod for you!
This was painstakingly made with a few tools:
Waifu2x: for an upscale of the original texture
Google: Public Resource Textures
Gimp: Editing and whatnot
Substance Painter: Editing and Whatnot as well as textures
Photoshop: Editing and Textures
It is compatible with anything that doesn't edit the same textures.
Feel free to use it in whatever you want!
Every Texture is 4K so they are fairly intensive, just make sure you can handle it all 3 times you actually see Kellogg.
