The list of required and recommended mods feels excessive. Some of those mods also interfere with other mods like Homemaker - expanded settlements.
There's also a glitch I noticed where one of the floors on the 3rd floor of merchants building has a missing floor/ceiling tile. Tried wiping out and rebuilding multiple times, including using old save files, but that glitch continues to appear.
The NPC pathing also doesn't appear to work on the upper levels like the barber shop, the greenhouses on the roof and the guard stations.
Visually very attractive and a lot of work was obviously done, but the functionality still needs a lot of work.
