Update v2: small change to special ability - fly head now gives you small HP regen and allows you to heal in rads. ESL overwrite only so you still need to have the main file installed. You can somewhat roleplay an FEV exposed creature, I suppose...
Happy April Fools! This is a super-small mod that adds a unisex bloatfly head (slot 46 headband). Stat-wise, works like a hazmat suit, so it could potentially be useful? It's really just for fun.
Mod is ESL only given how small it is. I tested it with Vortex with no issues.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RE-TEXTURE CC's UHD Bloatflies The fly head will grab whatever re-textures you have installed - I think this one is the best one available atm. But any bloatfly texture will show up, even vanilla.
F.A.Q.
Q: Why? A: I loved the 1958 version of The Fly (literally a guy with a fly head stuck on him), and the game's teleportation mechanic always reminded me of the potential for this sort of freakish thing to occur. As a movie though, the 1986 Jeff Goldblum version of the The Fly is much better...
Q: Future plans? A: Maybe figure out a way to stick this on Father by default so when you finally meet him, you can tell right away he's some mad scientist who's obviously messed with teleportation...
