NOT REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED - Great mod for adding clutter on shelves. There are some items used around that have this, but you can omit this mod if you like.
NOT REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED - Adds small pier wood steps on top of train. There are other mods to include the Pier deck, but to make things easier, just use this mod.
NOT REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED - Adds trash and dirt piles around the train, to make it seem like its just piled up over the years. Recommended, not required
NOT REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED - I use this mod to vegetate the area. You can omit it, but a lot of the greenery is added from this, including the vines around the train
NOT REQUIRED - This mod only adds the fun looking guns on the wall. Not required.

Hi all. Just another Transfer Settlement Blueprint. You can use this as a temporary stop for your game, or maybe even a player home if you really want. It's location allows you to visit Diamond city, but also take advantage of nearby looting areas, while also being not too far into the fight
I recently have been playing Metro: Exodus, and being on the Aurora (The train involved in the game) I liked the idea of having that massive mobile home, so I stumbled across two train cars on a track just West of Mass Pike Tunnel West. I added a train engine from I believe, USO, and build a home on top of a bare railcar. Though it's not visible now, as I surrounded the house with either debris or junk fences to make the home seem "stable" you can see this by removing the junk fences.
Credit for this blueprint belongs to all the Mod Authors who made the mods that contributed to the build. Please, if you use any of these mods included in this, endorse those mods and any you use. Mod creators put a lot of time and effort into these mods, and FOR FREE. The least we can do is endorse the mods.
Enjoy! ===== ::NOTES::
So before you freak out about the requirements, here's a breakdown of what is required, what isn't required but recommended, and what is not required at all. This info is also included in the requirements. They will be listed in order from most important to least important (Top to Bottom)
::REQUIRED:: All DLC Conquest - This mod is vital. Without this, there is no build. You cannot access the custom location USO + Season Pass - Contributes to the entire base, as well as some defenses. Woody's Wasteland Stuff - Contributes to the base, as well as some other details, such as the bathroom *Workshop Junkwall Pack - Not entirely necessary, but adds walls to the outside of the build to make it seem its supporting the walls as extra reinforcement. *Thematic and Practical - Not extremely important, but adds a nice tarp covering the back porch you can enjoy *g2m Workshop - Adds a pier dock to the top of one of the rail cars. You can omit this and add your own parts
Most of these mods contribute to the main structure of the entire build. You may lose parts to the building if you don't include the ones with *'s, but you can even add your own parts if you'd like, but it's recommended for the sake of the build to include at least these mods. I also highly recommend using all these mods, as they add wonderful material to build with. ===================
::NOT REQUIRED, BUT RECOMMENDED:: Workshop Decorations Pack - Contributes clutter Posts, Supports, and Beams - Contributes clutter, adds AC vents, and some posts here and there Just Debris - Contributes clutter around train and under the main building CREAtive Clutter - Contributes the main clutter around the whole base Do-It-Yourshelf - Contributes clutter on shelves cVc's Dead Wasteland - Contributes vegetation and greenery around the build, as well as parts of the wiring and power The Kuro Tab - Contributes Clutter Sandbag Fortifications - Contributes structures outside the base Northland Diggers - Contributes vegetation and greenery around the build
These mods are the meat of the build. All these mods are either clutter items or things to create immersion, such as Just Debris contributing to piles of dirt or trash around or under the building. These mods are not necessary, but recommended for the full experience of the build. You can omit most of these mods, and include your own clutter/Decor in the build, though I'd appreciate if you had most of these as the clutter and decor I enjoyed placing. ====================
::NOT REQUIRED:: Looks Mirror - Adds mirror in base to change character if you want Crimsomrider's Unique Furniture - Adds small terminal next to computer by bed. Just an extra detail Invisible Marker Pack - Adds some idle markers for any companions or NPC's to use, and adds extra immersion Wacky Weapons Workshop - Adds the custom guns on the wall
None of these mods are necessary, and will contribute very little to the build.
