INSTALLATION:
Download from the files section using NMM.

MANUAL INSTALLATION:
Unpack archive into Fallout 4\Data\Textures\Armor ; Fallout 4\Data\Materials\Armor
Open "Fallout4Custom.ini" located in "Documents\My Games\Fallout4"and add these lines:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
