I made this ages ago and was going to upload it but I got back hard into Destiny 2 and kinda forgot about Fallout 4. You still need to download his mod I am unsure if you can use the packed one as I use the unpacked one to make custom edits. As this is a personal re-texture please don't upload it else where. As far as I seen none of the gunners showed up with up with the mercenary gear maybe 1 or 2 NPC's might have some of the black masks and I have seen NPC's wear it.
