Adds 3 items to the game based on classic Fallout. A T51 paint job based on the sprite, a T51 paint job based on the Brotherhood talking heads (incl. insignia), and an alternative color for the BOS hood based on the hood Cabbot wears in FO1. NOT A REPLACER

Description
Adds 3 items to the game based on classic Fallout. A T51 paint job based on the sprite (West Coast Vintage), a T51 paint job based on the Brotherhood talking heads incl. insignia (Brotherhood Vintage), and an alternative color for the BOS hood based on the hood Cabbot wears in FO1. NOT A REPLACER.
The West Coast Vintage paint has more of a teal look and shinier metal (based on the sprite), while the BOS paint is duller, darker, and has a more olive green to it's paint based on the talking heads.
Now includes T-60 variant.

Hood is crafted from a regular hood at any armor workbench, paint is painted on at any PA station.
