This is my very first interior settlement so if you fall into a bug or something just let me know :)
Its a fully functional settlement with a bit of space in three floors for some settlers or just for you and your companions. Its located north of Concord (see pictures) and yeeahh i know that the exterior building doesn't match the interior but i'll get that in the next version.
I think theres not much to say except that theres no lights (i put some light sources for the pictures) cause i did not want to disturb your creativity :D
Of course it's all navmeshed and cleaned ;)
You don't need any DLC's for this mod, all vanilla assets.
I hope you enjoy this and you show me some pictures maybe :)
And if you got any suggestions or ideas please let me know!
Oh yea, one thing: if theres anyone willing to help me with exterior lod for this mod I'd be very happy!
Future updates:
-toggleable waterfountain
-fireplace with toggleable fire
-windowshutters, toggleable too
- exterior lod - only if someone helps me with that :D
