Version 7 is up which is a FOMOD install. Has 4 total install options, with or without Mechanist's Lair and with or without Home Plate link to Hangman's Alley.
I am having a couple of issues that hopefully someone can help me with
-companions dont go to Home Plate when sent there. They just stand still -if asked to go to Home Plate while already there, they just stand still. I had hoped they might walk around or sit on a couch or something.. -while inside home plate the world maps shows that i am way north of diamond city for some reason -the power armour icons on the world map are all over the place, even though they are definitely all at home plate.
I am really confused, are these issues being caused by this mod? It sems like no one else is having these problems
I also have Rebuilt Home Plate on but i though that just changed some minor visual things, but maybe its that?
Possible minor conflict with Sim Settlements 2: When I chose a city plan in the Mechanist Lair, the game crashed. Other Sim Settlements 2 players: What happens when you choose a city plan in the Mechanist Lair?
same. i eventually got some there on my last playthrough but now i cant remember how. i built a recruitment beacon, slept for a day and did a bunch of side quests this time but theres still nobody there
Edit: In another saved game I can't. Or rather, I can't dismiss companians to Home Plate. Presumabley, that also means I also can't send settlers there.
First of all - amazing mod. I've turned my home plate into my little dream mini-settlement. One issue - I can't seem to move any settlers to Home Plate as it doesn't appear in the settlement transfer options. I'm able to spawn a settler into Home Plate using console commands easily, but am unable to assign them to any jobs as they can't be 'moved' to Home Plate. Regardless, love the mod. Thank you!
This mod is a nice little improvement to Home Plate. Now I can properly renovate my home. Wait - what about the required resources? Do I really have to haul them over from my other settlements?
Well, not anymore! I modified this little mod and implemented a fixed supply line between Home Plate and Hangman's Alley. So conquer Hangman's Alley and add it to your network so Home Plate can use all your resources. I also modified the workbench in Mechanist Lair to have full functionality.
If you want to try it out here is my personal modification (requires Automatron DLC of course):
@g10stpd Feel free to use my files and add them to the Files section if you like. I didn't want to add another mod to the Nexus just for this little modification.
This mod cannot ruin any workshop menus because it doesn't modify them. The only thing it does, is to change the Home Plate and Mechanist Lair workshops to the full feature version, compared to the limited workshop in the vanilla game. On top it will link Home Plate to Hangman's Alley like a caravan would.
I realize you said this a bit ago but, you sure it installed correctly? It could say that if say the ESP got installed as optional in MO2 if you move it down in the mod info/optional ESPs tab it should come back as normal mod, if it' working I probably would ignore that though. Maybe this helps you or someone else.
The homeplate to hangman's alley link doesn't work for me. I'm not sure if its because I'm installing with Vortex, or if its something else. I see the pex script from the file deployed where I expect it to be. But my homeplate and hangman's alley simply aren't linked. I even have Local Leader rank 1, in case the invisible route requires that. No dice.
Oh well, the mod is otherwise working, so I still like it.
I scrapped everything in the Mechanist's Lair and I was hoping to plop down garden plots to feed a sweatshop full of scavenging stations or something, only to find I couldn't build *anything* that mattered, and once again F4 squashed my dreams. Going to try this mod and gladly endorse if it functions as expected, because in a post-nuke wasteland a nearly untouched robotics facility should be a figurative goldmine for anyone smart enough to utilize the salvage. Isabel Cruz built an ARMY out of the stuff here, and *I* should be able to as well with 11 intelligence... and I will do it without getting outsmarted by a squishy little mass of gray matter in a fishtank.

I used the script to link Hangman's Alley to a player house added by a mod.
