Do the campaign first, because i'm pretty sure this mod will undo the whole BOS campaign.
Also it's handy to download place everywhere.
update:
This mod should now be compatible with the clean and simple Boston airport startup mod, though make sure that this file "bigger Boston airport" is under the clean and simple Boston airport startup mod in the load order.
you wont have the build space bigger Boston airport provides otherwise.
