A simple mod opening NPCs inventory after greetings if there is no other dialogue available.  

I made it RPG based - the requirement should be charisma 6 or none for players who just want to feel like they want to interact with everyone non unique.

It was made to work with Another life/Start me up/Alternate mod in mind, where you can start in a faction which used to be enemy to player and there is usually no dialogue available, so I made this to feel like I belong there and get some starting equipment. 

Or for playthrough based on charisma.  If you can get loot by combat or by pickpocket based on agility, why not use charisma for something a bit more than better prices.

It uses vanilla script for  show inventory like during pickpocket.
It does conflict with dialogues with priority 0, because in Fallout 4 dialogue wheel, there can be only 1 greeting, so place it above of all other mods having dialogues, so it wouldn't rewrite it. 


Install:
as usually unpack to data folder in Fallout 4.

I would like to thank to all of those modders who made it possible to play truly as Children of Atom and have my own fun with the game and I just needed that small thing - barter to add. 
And to Bethesda for the base game.

Changelog:
1.1 I lowered importance of the dialogue to 0, so it wouldn't conflict with anything.
1.2 I checked other vanilla dialogues and 5 would be better, still it shouldn't conflict with anything. 0 priority is set for no dialogues - only supporting gameplay, 5 is priority for creatures combat barking etc, up to 15 where generic dialogues starts.
1.3 after testing - the only solution is 0 because of mods with 0 priority dialogues for some unknown reason = if this mod will be higher in load, some NPC will have their own dialogue, so it will rewrite barter, but vanilla generic NPCs should be possible to barter with, which is the goal of this mod anyway - atleast it is not OP and quest breaking etc. 
- I discovered that same faction as PC doesn't work, so I had to remove it and instead changed this mod to 2 versions:
1.4  charisma only barter
1.5  barter with everyone who doesn't have other greeting.
