The first two ranks of Idiot Savant now give you small flat bonuses to all XP gain -- the lower your Intelligence, the greater the bonus.
You'll get roughly the same amount of bonus XP as you'd expect to with the vanilla perk on average. (That said, if you're in the habit of save-scumming to ensure Idiot Savant procs on quest turn-ins and other large XP dumps, then you'll get a lot less XP from this modded version than you're accustomed to.)
The obnoxious pop-up and sound effect are disabled, of course. Also, to avoid further complications, I disabled the third rank. It won't show up on the perk chart.
I've used this for years without any problems, but, ya know. Use at your own risk. I'd use a fresh new game to be safe. This mod will almost certainly conflict with any mod that touches Idiot Savant or its script, but should be compatible with just about everything else.
