About this mod

This plugin will rebuild and open up the previously collapsed Sanctuary homes. For those of us that either don't touch settlements, or build subtle ones, this plugin will be perfect for restoring a post-war Sanctuary look.

Sanctuary Revised started as an update to my 'Wood Paneled Housing' mod, but sprouted into a project with the end goal of enhancing and revising Sanctuary Hills. The first and most noticeable change is the textures and visuals. The exteriors of the houses are now steel colored, and all the homes match. The interiors feature wood panel walls, with green carpets and tiled flooring. The rooftops are also not only no longer torn to shreds and caved in, but feature actual shingles rather than the metal tiles seen in the vanilla game. I aimed for a 60's - 70's look when it came to the textures, as I felt it fit the architecture well. The second part of this mod is truly where the revisions take liberty. All of the previously collapsed homes are now fully standing and decorated. A total of 5 homes have been restored to a standing state. This isn't a pre-war kind of repair job however, the houses are still ruined and gritty, and are a grim reminder of their pre-war counterparts. This mod also features just textures, or just restructuring files, for those that want to choose one or the other.

Files:

Sanctuary Revised: The whole package. Includes the re-texturing, and rebuilt homes.

Sanctuary Revised - Textures Only: Does what it says on the tin, provides only texture changes.

Sanctuary Revised - Restructuring Only: Fan of the vanilla sanctuary look, but want the restructured homes? This is the file for you.
